Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• The return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or color) or a confirmed defect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges caused by customer sizing/color choice. Each product page includes size guides—please review them before purchasing.

To request a return, email us at maisonolyra@gmail.com. with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days of the return request. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notes: Items marked “Final Sale,” underwear/socks, and worn/washed items are not eligible for return.
